Registration Policies

Registrations are made online only at www.AboutheWOW.com currently.

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor or an adult whose capacity to provide informed consent to participate in activities is limited by actual or legally determined incapacity, I accept full responsibility for all medical expenses and other special and general damages incurred as a result of this person's participation. I also agree, as his/her guardian or resonsible adult, to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY AboutheWOW Tours & Excursions, its volunteers, employees from any and all claims, brought by this person from any and all injuries, and/or damages arising out of participation.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of your registration to secure participation.

We reserve the right to make changes in schedules, fees, and staffing without notice.

Offerings must meet the minimum amount of participants required in order to take place.

Accommodations for persons with disabilites may be provided upon request. We currently have an ADA/wheelchair accessible with a lift that can accommodate up to 2 wheelchairs.

We reserve the right to cancel or combine trips if the minimum number of participants required is not met for each advertised offering by the registration date.
Refund Policies

AboutheWOW LLC requires minimum levels of enrollment to be met in order to execute the tours. Tours that fail to meet minimum levels may be cancelled. If a tour is cancelled because of low enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Refunds are made if a request is made a minimum of 5 working days prior to the tour date. A $10.00 administraton fee will be charged per offering.

Credits, in lieu of cash refunds, will be given if the tour was orginally paid with a credit card.
